Recipe: Tzatziki

This is so easy I'm not even sure I can use the words 'I made this' I don't have the exact quantities as a lot of my cooking is guess work but use as much or as little as you like of each ingredient.

Ingredients

Fat free natural yogurt
Cucumber
Fresh mint

How to make tzatziki

1. Finely chop the mint and dice the cucumbers.
2. Mix with natural yogurt


Below are two meal ideas using Tzatziki.

Diced lamb steak, salad and feta cheese in a Weight Watchers wrap

Chicken breast and quinoa pilaf.
