I enjoyed my breakfast yesterday morning so much I thought I would share it on my blog. I love a good cooked breakfast and being on Slimming World means I can eat one, a big one at that!
I had beans, mushrooms, gammon, two eggs and a wild garlic and parley quorn sausage.
I decided it was time to bring out the big breakfast as I have been getting hungry before dinner time and have picked a lot more than I should have. This was great; it filled me up and meant no snacking at all during the day.
